I'm a jeweller without a studio, for this reason I've been focusing on materials that don't require a lot of equipment lately. I have been working with resin for a few years now, a material which I love for the way it accepts colour and embedded objects and pictures. I'm also very interested in acrylic plastic and I plan to work more with that in the near future as well. My designs are bold and colourful.

I'm very excited to say that I will be returning to school this fall (in just over a month) to study jewellery making full-time at George Brown College in Toronto. It will be nice to get to work on a real jeweller's bench again and have access to so many good tools and equipment. I'm also very excited to hear that I'll be able to work with other precious metals aside from silver during my time there. This is definitely the step that will kick-start my career as a jeweller.

oh i'm so jealosu! I spent two months at the Haliburton School of the Arts (Expressive Arts Therapy) and one of the women in my class was a teacher in teh Jewelry course. I'd LOVE to take it... along with fashion design and a slew of other things. *sigh*
